Wines from The Jazzmaster Cellar. A gorgeous selection of wines from a Wine Spectator award winning Bay Area restaurant. All wines have been pristinely stored in the restaurant’s temperature and humidity- controlled cellars.
"In contrast to the relative expressiveness of most of the prior wines, this is much more reserved and only grudgingly reveals its aromas of honeysuckle, essence of pear and soft oak nuances. The caressing and very refined middle weight flavors possess a highly seductive mouth feel that also brims with dry extract while delivering excellent length on the beautifully complex and persistent finale that, like the Combettes, is unusually dry relative to what is common for the vintage.
