“In almost stark contrast to the expressiveness of the Folatières, this is brooding to the point of being almost aromatically mute though aggressive swirling confirms that the underlying fruit is ripe and clean. There is a highly seductive mouth feel to the textured, dense and beautifully complex medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract, all wrapped in a tight, clean, intense and long finish.
