Description

    Montrachet 1984
    Ramonet

    Bottle (1)
"Deep golden color. A high complex nose of dried white flowers that is just now beginning to show its age aromatically leads to very rich, deep, sweet, dense, wonderfully long flavors and the breed of Montrachet is unmistakable. This is flat out the best 1984 white burgundy I have ever tasted. I would be drinking this now and over the next few years as even a wine as good as this cannot escape the limitations of the vintage." (92pts Allen Meadows, Burghound, Nov 2011)
