"In contrast to the regular cuvée of CC this is really quite aromatically pretty with a discreet dollop of wood setting of the bright and cool aromas of white flower, green apple and a wide array of citrus and wet stone nuances. There is more volume, power and density to the wonderfully textured big-bodied flavors that stain the palate with sappy dry extract that also buffers the hugely long finish that exhibits markedly better depth. This well-balanced effort should age effortlessly well and be the better for it." (92-94 pts. Allen Meadows, Burghound #63, June 2016)
