"A maturing, ripe and impressively complex nose that is remarkably layered and relatively fine for the vintage combines with full-bodied and mouth coating flavors that possess really admirable amounts of dry extract on the solidly long finish. This is quite forward for a Leroy Corton-Charlemagne with noticeable backend warmth and one that can already be approached with pleasure though for my taste I would give it one or two more years in the cellar first."
