"A fully mature and reasonably elegant nose features notes of wet stone and dried rose petal before introducing big, rich, intense and powerful flavors that are impressively concentrated and mouth coating on the long and very full finish. This is a big Chevalier, indeed it more resembles a classic Montrachet and while the dramatic size and weight make a statement, if there is a nit it's that this lacks the hallmark elegance of a fine Chevy. Still, this is delicious juice that has reached its apogee." (93pts Allen Meadows, Burghound, Dec 2009)
