Description

Colgin Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Tychson Hill
owc
Bottle (3)

"The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Tychson Hill Vineyard, from a site planted in 1996, is dramatic, profound Cabernet Sauvignon, with plenty of blackberry and blueberry fruit, a beautiful floral nose and graphite. The wine has an enormous full body, but incredibly sweet tannin and that terrific hallmark of 2015 – the sucrosity of the fruit and ripe tannin. That doesn’t necessarily mean residual sugar, but just-right ripeness, not overripe or underripe. This beauty will drink well young and continue to mature for at least another 25-30 years." (98-100 pts. Robert Parker, Wine Advocate #228, Dec. 2016)
