"Bright, moderately saturated medium red. Cool aromas and flavors of black cherry, raspberry, crushed stone, herbs and mint, complemented by sexy oak spices. Savory and perfumed in the mouth, with sneaky intensity and a light touch to the berry and soil flavors. Rouget told me that his fermentation temperatures did not exceed 26 degrees C. in 2011, and this wine shows a lovely combination of strength and delicacy.
