The Perfect Arc Cellar. This is one of those rare collections that touches upon all the most beautiful parts of the wine growing world, both deep and broad in its scope. Most every wine was purchased on release and stored in an impeccable temperature and humidity-controlled facility.
“A still wonderfully complex nose of classic Vosne and now fully mature aromas that brim with Asian spices leads to seductive, complex, fine and fully resolved flavors that possess excellent depth on the strikingly long finish. Unfortunately, this seems to have lost some of the vibrancy that it once had and I would be drinking up over the next 5 years or so even if there is no particular rush. Tasted multiple times over the past 10 years and it appears that this is beginning to decline ever-so-slightly.” (91 pts. Allen Meadows, Burghound, May 2016)
