div " font face=Helvetica size=2 color="#333333" Like all of the Leroy '99 grands crus, this is still quite youthful and in this case, still almost completely backward with a spicy, ripe and densely fruited but grudging nose that even several hours of aeration failed to completely liberate. The huge and equally dense full-bodied flavors are equally primary as they have, seemingly, lost none of the structure that I orginally saw in cask though I hasten to emphasize that neither is it hard, dry or aggressive, merely quite firm, all wrapped in a sappy and extract-suffused finish that goes on and on."
