“A now fully mature nose is comprised by notes of earth, sauvage hints and secondary dark berry fruits. There is a lovely sense of energy to the reasonably precise medium full-bodied flavors that possess good concentration and solid depth before terminating in an ever-so-slightly edgy finish. I like the complexity and be aware that this was notably more interesting after 30+ minutes of air as it developed quite nicely as it sat in the decanter.
