"Here the nose is also discreet and brooding with incredible aromatic breadth that includes similar violet notes but the fruit profile is more black and red than blue plus a kaleidoscopic array of spice elements. Interestingly, in 2005 this is as big and powerful as the Bonnes Mares yet finer with superbly deep and energetic full-bodied flavors that are sleekly muscled, all wrapped in palate saturating dry extract and simply mind-boggling length.
