"Pale, cherry-red. Tighter, higher-pitched aromas of cherry, strawberry, gunflint and spice, clearly fresher than the normale and the Fuees. Supple and sweet in the mouth, with spicy, fresh red fruit flavors. This offers much better clarity than the normale and the Fuees. Fresh on the finish, with finer, softer tannins. Lovely understated Chambolle. Perhaps Mugnier's most successful '95 and the best value by a wide margin." (90 pts. Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, March 1998)
