The Silverado Cellar-Wines from the prestigious cellar of a Napa Valley Restauranteur and collector. Almost entirely purchased on release and stored in a purpose built, underground cellar.
"Deep red color with very dark aromas of roasted coffee and earth yet the flavors are quite elegant and almost sweet but they lack their normal density. Quite forward and this is really more delicious than profound and while the Dujac Bonnes Mares often puts on weight with bottle age, this would appear to be a lighter weight version and certainly lighter than any of the '97 to '99 vintages... lovely and elegant..."
