"Thirty minutes of air reveals high-toned red and black fruit aromas cut with lavender and soap nuances and lead to earthy yet elegant flavors that are still quite structured. The bright acidity gives a rather edgy character to the tannins and this presently finishes very firm though not hard. In sum, this is a pretty wine that is approachable now with food and while there is clearly potential remaining, it's not clear this will ever completely harmonize." (88 pts.
