The DRC wines were acquired directly through an authorized distributor, ensuring authenticity beyond question, while the California treasures were sourced from a renowned Napa Valley auction, benefiting the region’s iconic producers. Since acquisition, every bottle has been meticulously stored in the restaurant’s professional cellar under ideal temperature and humidity conditions, preserving them in impeccable form.
"More restrained, ripe and exceptionally fresh aromas are comprised by notes of beautifully spicy red and dark berry fruit, violet, sandalwood and exotic tea nuances. The succulent, round and incredibly intense large-scaled flavors are not denser, but they are patently more powerful while delivering stunningly good length on the very firm and youthfully austere finale. This isn't as refined as the Ech, indeed it is almost rustic by comparison, but it exhibits even greater persistence.
