"This really hasn't changed all that much from the time of my original review (see herein) with its ripe nose of discreet but not invisible wood spice that adds breadth to the otherwise perfumed, elegant and ultra-pure stone-infused red berry fruit nose that is admirably fresh within the context of the vintage. The detailed and strikingly intense medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with dry extract that effectively pushes the still firm tannic spine to the background on the palate staining and massively long finish. This is really lovely stuff that actually could be enjoyed now with air though there is obviously plenty of unrealized development potential remaining." (94 pts. Allen Meadows, Burghound, Apr. 2016)
