The Perfect Arc Cellar. This is one of those rare collections that touches upon all the most beautiful parts of the wine growing world, both deep and broad in its scope. Most every wine was purchased on release and stored in an impeccable temperature and humidity-controlled facility.
“The 1875 Malvasia has a dark amber/brown color. The bouquet opens aroma by aroma: honey, peppermint, juniper berries and quince. It is a glorious, life-affirming bouquet. The palate is beautifully balanced with vibrant acidity that is entwined with notes of molasses, honey, quince and Lapsang Souchong.
