The Perfect Arc Cellar. This is one of those rare collections that touches upon all the most beautiful parts of the wine growing world, both deep and broad in its scope. Most every wine was purchased on release and stored in an impeccable temperature and humidity-controlled facility.
"Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Maya Proprietary Red Wine opens with sweet plums, spice box and kirsch notes with nuances of vanillin, cocoa powder, dried herbs and loam. Medium to full-bodied, soft, approachable and very sexy even at this youthful stage, it has a long, perfumed finish. This was tasted as a barrel sample." (96-98 pts. “The 2015 Maya is another gorgeous wine from Dalla Valle. Dried cherry, tobacco, cedar, mint, spice and sweet pipe tobacco are all finely knit together. The 2015 is quite open aromatically.
