"The 2015 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru has a powerful, intense bouquet of well-defined layers of black rather than red fruit, infused with flint and smoke and showing some stem addition. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and very well judged acidity; it is backward at the moment, but so focused and persistent that it will surely mature into an extremely fine Grand Cru.
