There are simply too many legends to list here. The collection has lived in one location its entire life and has barely seen the light of day until now. Stored at the collectors deeply dug, ice-cold, temperature controlled wine cellar.
"I have had this wine many times and the note that follows is based on a bottle tasted in 2012: Quite complex and classically, even brilliantly, spicy on both the nose and the palate but the beginning of what is likely to be a graceful decline is in sight. While this is indeed still wonderfully tasty and lovely as the flavors display soy, hoisin and anise notes, the vibrancy this had in its youth has now passed and it has become a sweet older burg in character.
