"Kept for eight years on the lees, the 2005 Richard G. Peterson Brut Rosé has a very pale salmon-pink color. It delivers fragrant notes of dried roses, cranberries and toasted almonds with hints of brioche, honeycomb and wet pebbles. Very finely crafted, fresh and elegant in the mouth, it soars with intense red berry preserves and toasty flavors, finishing on a lingering mineral note. Impressive!" (93 pts.
